Abstract Exponentially expanding space–times play a central role in contemporary cosmology, most importantly the theory of inflation and dark energy driven expansion late universe. In this work, we give complete list de Sitter solutions semiclassical Einstein equation (SCE), where classical gravity is coupled to expected value renormalized stress–energy tensor free quantum field Bunch–Davies state. To achieve this, explicitly determine associated with state using recently proposed “moment approach” on cosmological coordinate patch space. From component SCE, thus obtain an analytic consistency for model’s parameters which has be fulfilled by SCE. Using equation, then investigate number structure solution set dependency coupling parameter scalar curvature renormalization constants arguments combination numerical evidence. We also identify sets multiple rates separated several orders magnitude are possible. Potentially such settings, fast (semi-stable) early universe could compatible late-time “Dark Energy-like” behavior
